Aquarium and Engine Matches

Post by AdminX »

Opinions please, What do you think of Aquarium GUI when it comes to Engine vs Engine Matches? Versus other GUI's like Arena, Chessbase, Shredder, etc ....

Pros ?
Cons?
Bugs?
Wishlist?

Gauntlet Mode.

I still use ChessPartner and don't see an advantage of going Aquarium for engine matches.

tournament format - webpage file.
flags, logos, engine analysis window, help file, Team matches, Division league type tournaments, adjudication when the eval goes below the given score, random selection from PGN openings etc.

I hope they would add more features that are already there in other GUI's when they get around to updating it next time.

You need to request such features at Rybka Forum.

I don't think a thread can be moved between forums :)
