Neutral polyglot opening book for engine testing?

Post by zamar »

* Are there any publicly available polyglot opening books which would suit engine testing well?

For what regards my own tests I also use a 20-plies-llimited polyglot book (similar to Harry Schnap's and Sedat Canbaz' excellent abk and ctg books).
If there is some interest for it I may publish it if you wish.

Note that Guenter Simon also has some Polyglot books for download on the RWBC website, and that one of his books is included in the WinBoard Gold Pack.

By-the-way I just realise that visitors of this space-provider are now requested to register before downloading.
I will host my files elsewhere soon.
