Aquarium Book Adapter

Currently running tournament in which Deep Rybka 4 is doing very badly. Could be just statistical variation.
However, for the first time, using Rybka's own book. Need to use Aquarium Book Adapter for this to be possible since GUI is Arena 3.
So my question is: does anybody have reason to believe this setup will cause Rybka's performance to degrade?
