Hi,

The ChessBase Sysops are like Muhammad Husni Mubarak,
of the ChessBase server.

Really??

Have you NO sense of perspective? People are hurting over in Egypt. You should not make light of it.

They have been hurt for 30 years by that regime. Finally they are making progress. Unless you are in a support of a dictator??
Now next on a to do list is corrupt Saudi Arabia, with all their princes and kings who are abusing their people. Yup there surely is a revolution in the Arab World...

Hi,

I knew yopu wouldn't see the parallels. Well I am sure all Arena users were able to see what it is about. We at Arena are more than one step ahead.

The fact that you asked the question in bold above is evidence you didn't really read what I wrote.

The fact that people have been hurting for so long and are continuing to hurt and struggle is why Micheal's comparison was so irresponsible.

He showed his complete lack of perspective by somehow comparing the pains and struggles of the people of Egypt events on Playchess.

I really do suggest you read posts before you respond.

Oh I get the comparison. However they are not parallel! The situation in Egypt is life and death.

The situation on Playchess...not so much. And the fact that you would even compare them shows how little you truly are.

What's your source? Harvey said that Houdini was allowed in Playchess?
I play with Rybka.

All engines seem to now be allowed to play - just logged on and saw primarily Houdini, Ivanhoe, Firebird etc. Sysop is present (not Harvey Williamson) and it is being allowed.
