It might be interesting to have V. try some "avoid move" problems that involve exchange sacrifices. That is, how good is V. at avoiding bad sacs?

How do engines evaluate this?

Don't know yet, but i'll test it when time permits.

EDIT: Do you know of a good "avoid sac" test suite? :)

No, I don't. But if such problems exist, I'm sure some here will know about them. :D

I'm not a good player so how do i determine what is a "good sac" or a "bad sac"? Is there an engine that can answer this question? :P

Apparently the game is from 1950 not 1954, and ended in a draw (perpetual check). I haven't studied the game, but is Rossolimo's double exchange sacrifice actually the best course of action here? An engine can be designed to play more exchange sacrifices, but unless those sacrifices are sound, the engine's overall performance will suffer.
