can anybody confirm me that the SSE 4.2 also works fine on Intel CPU ?

on Oliviers OpenWar mashine is should be crashed, he have an Dell Q9300, so it is not SSE4.2 support ?

on my AMD Phenom II X6 i had nothing problem and on Ingos AMD it is no problems too.
