the HTC one X has the tegra3 hardware with 4 cores.
the HTC one S has the qualcom S4 cpu with 2 cores.
as you can see the benchmarks are the way one would expect the progress due to more cores, if you relate it e.g. with my own HTC HD2 running 1 core with 1 Ghz and doing 94.000 NPS.
What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.

Has any one here got their hands on the new Samsung Galaxy 3. If they have, then can they report the same benchmarks as posted earlier in this topic.Just am interested in what is best out of HTC X one or Galaxy 3.

I think your answer will be the HTC One X, I will know soon ... Getting one (G3) for my wife,maybe two. Not sure if I want to wait for the Samsung Note 2 which will be quad core.
