Hi Ernest!

Not necessary to open a command window, just double-click on WChess.exe - that's all!
(of course entering WChess at a command prompt would also work).

On Vista and Win7 (32-bit) it doesn't work because the graphic drivers of these OS don't support fullscreen mode anymore.
