This is a fairly quiet position with a lot of transpositions, whence the identical evaluations.
Instead of looking at individual moves you should look at the plan.
My Houdini suggests the plan Qc7, h6, Nc6, Nf6, e6 in any order, followed by Be7, O-O, Nd7, Rb8, b5, and thinks Black is better (about +0.6).
