At last I can say: "Bye bye, Chessbase!" Now I'm free of buggy CB GUI... Chess Explorer is really simple and intuitive GUI. Somehow it reminds me ChessX. What I love about Chess Explorer is the way you can switch engines - very easy, only two clicks. I also like the fact that Chess Explorer saves Engine configuration. You don't have to create new engine to use your favorite engine configuration (as in CB and Shredder). Of course there are some things I'd like to see in the future, mainly - customizing fonts. I don't like this default Verdana/Tahoma font size. It's to big. For me Verdana/Tahoma looks good only up to 10 pt size. But this is my personal preference. Why not let us choose favorite font?

WOW... the more I use it, the more I see how similar to ChessX it is. ChessExplorer seems to be an improved version of ChessX
