Hi Peter,
thanks for the compile.
But this version does still not use tbs in the game (last Version was 23.6).
I posted a game before with 23.7 - and I get the same result with this version.

regards

Are you using the x86 version or the x64 version?

Peter
I was kicked out of Chapters because I moved all the Bibles to the fiction section.

Peter Skinner wrote:Hello everyone,

I just uploaded new builds of Crafty 23.8 to http://www.kikrtech.com

Can someone test them, especially the x86 version on Windows XP to let me know if it runs? It works on Windows 2003 and Vista, and I've set the compiler flags for XP, so it should work.

Peter
Hello !

Crafty 23.7/ 23.8 are the first(s) Crafty I can't use ! Yet !

SilvianR
Can you redownload the x86 version and try running it? I switched to the Intel compiler to see if that makes any difference.

Peter
no difference
duncan
Can you try this one?

Sorry Peter,
same results here with These other builds. Only 23.6 works.

Here for These tests I used Shredder GUI and wb2uci - but no difference inside Arena 3.0.
How can I init These Position into crafty in console mode and start it ?

Simply start Crafty in console mode and paste your FEN position. It will automatically start.
