Can you please provide all real changed files and not partial ones? Because these files do not fully correspond to the binary.

It is up to the Visual C + + project loaded, otherwise it corresponds is that you've changed something(compiler or parameters).
Changes are only in the intrinsic popcount, bitsacn, not remember for sure.

The modified files are to date 2014-01-19
