All you are accomplishing is insulting each other and Rajlich is a worn out subject.

Agreed 100 % that words are cheap, signatures are cheap etc and etc...Henk wrote:Yes words are cheap. Why don't you learn programming and build a chess engine of your own. All these boring tests. Repetition until infinity.Sedat Canbaz wrote:I am not 'too much' surprised and exception you,Henk wrote:No it is beaten by pos. So I have to improve it. Rybka was and still is one of the best World chess programs !
What about your program: Skipper ??
It looks likes your programs is a BIG candidate as World's worst chess program ))
There are many other programmers, where they have no time to improve their engines, but they have a lot free time to attack Rybka (via papers)
Come on real Arena !!!!
But there is one true:
- Rybka's author managed to improve 500 Elo over world's strongest engine (Fruit)
- And Rybka was unbeatable for almost 6 years
About releasing my own chess engine,
No time for all ...sorry...

Well,
I see again that some people are trying to force this thread into different direction
So...I kindly suggest ( if you don't like this Poll thread) simply to ignore it
Usually intelligent people prefer this way...
Thanks

They just ignore your rybka 's threads because it's just so boring to read the same things again and again ....

Simply my target is that:
- I wonder about how many people wish to see Vas as active or not
And if anybody wish to discuss about origins...
I suggest to post in the origin section...Clear ??

I would like to see a Rybka 5.
I have no issues with Vasik, and his chess engine.
So, yes!
Best wishes,
Jason

It seems you missed to check my previous postings (in 24 -36 hours in Talkchess forum)...I suggest you to open your eyes before posting again naive comments !Sedat Canbaz wrote:Remember that,Lyudmil Tsvetkov wrote:No, because this time he will have to copy Stockfish.
All Top chess programs are each other studied...
Vas clearly stated that he studied from Fruit, but what about Stockfish programers ?
And do you think that all Stockfish's ideas are based only on Glaurung ?
Come on...don't be too naive please...
But however I am very glad that,
Stockfish is another piece of diamond and plus free, once more I say:
BIG thanks to Stockfish team ! Also to Sugar's author , Komodo's authors, Houdini author...

Yes. Original chess engines do not exist. Only engines that follow some tournament rules.Sedat Canbaz wrote:Agreed 100 % that words are cheap, signatures are cheap etc and etc...Henk wrote:Yes words are cheap.
