My first impression is that either contempt was used or that the bonus for a passed pawn was too high.

I appreciate the write up, but it still doesn't list the time controls. They don't seem to be in the PGN tags either. Instead of a secondary control, I presume it is 1:45 and some sort of increment, since the clock times occasionally increase.

Since this is played over the board, I presume the DGT clock is the actual time reference. Do all the programs have the means to manually adjust their clock to account for manual move overhead?

it is 1.45+15 yes you can adjust the computer clock.

It has yet to take place. Today the regular games finished so late that there was no time for the blitz playoffs before the mayor's party started.
