I have compared 12.8 and 12.9 in a view positions and I saw the same main lines and evaluations.

And this is completely OK!
The difference is in time management for tournament time controls.
Also nullmove depth on PV is now configurable, but its default setting is the same as in 12.8 ( no nullmove on PV at all).
