One interesting test is to remove the rooks, since this is a KNNKP type ending, and sure enough, it appears that if rooks are traded, this is a win for black because of the poor white h pawn location.

In this position if white simply trades queens then the position is lost. Better to play Qe2+ instead but can white hold on?

After Qe2+ Qe7 isn't this the same thing again? Queens are coming off, resulting position is won for black...
