According to YACPDB, the solution is:

[pgn][Event "www.superproblem.ru (C004)"]
[Site ""]
[Date "2014.02.04"]
[Round "?"]
[White ""]
[Black ""]
[Result "1-0"]
[SetUp "1"]
[FEN "8/3K1ppp/8/2p5/n1B5/b1p5/1pP1rpp1/1R1Rqkrb w - - 0 1"]
[Termination "normal"]
[PlyCount "93"]

Houdini 3 (mate search = 47) and SF 6 see the checkmate around 14 or 15 moves before the last move. Houdini also reports 0.00 score from the very first move in few time, I would say that less than two minutes in an Intel Pentium D930 (3 GHz) from year 2006, using 512 MB of hash and 5-man Nalimov EGTB.

Hi!

Nullmove off:

8/3K1ppp/8/2p5/n1B5/b1p5/1pP1rpp1/1R1Rqkrb w - - 0 1

Analysis by Komodo 9.3 64-bit:

1.Kc6 Lb4 2.Kb5 La3 3.Kxa4 Lb4 4.Kb5 La3 5.Ka5 Lb4+ 6.Ka4 g6 7.Kb5 La3 8.Ka5 Lb4+ 9.Ka4 g5 10.Kb5 La3 11.Ka5 Lb4+ 12.Ka4 h6 13.Kb5 La3 14.Kb6 Lb4 15.Ka6 La3 16.Kb5 Lb4 17.Ka4 g4 18.Kb5 La3 19.Ka5 Lb4+ 20.Ka4 g3 21.Kb5 La3 22.Ka6 Lb4 23.Kb6 La3
+- (#59) Tiefe: 42 00:05:53 10368MN

Don't want to wait till number of moves to mate get lower, exact solution would take very long or wouldn't be got without Backward at all probably
Peter.
