Nice Concept.

Ted
Although I have tried twice, I can't get an answer about warranty.
What do I do if my Square Off develops a fault in the first twelve months of ownership?
If they do give me a satisfactory reply then I'm in on this exciting project.
Will keep you posted.

That is a good question.

PS: I don't think moving of the pieces was so novel as I believe it was a Phantom series system that did that before. It was the integration of that ability with online applications that I found novel in the Square Off device.

I have had a reply.
............................
Hey Bryan,
I appreciate your interest in supporting us on Kickstarter.
I would like to tell you that we have worked on Square Off for over 3 years and use very high quality parts. We expect the failure rate to be minimum.
However in the unfortunate event of irregular functioning of the board, we will first offer you e-Support and work with you to solve the problem, however if there is any problem which cannot be resolved, we will replace the part/entire board (as applicable) free of charge.
The unit will be covered under 1 year's warranty (*shipping to be paid by user)
Let me know if I can help you with any more queries.
Regards
