No, they are from Kiran. Although the Linux binaries are fast enough, they are probably going to be from Abrok.eu

The download page (https://stockfishchess.org/download/) has been updated with Kiran's Windows binaries. (Refresh if the page is cached.) I'll wait for Kiran to send the Linux binaries and I'll upload the Mac binaries soon. (Android binaries haven't been updated in a while...)

We need only the windows 32 bit build from Kiran.

The guy who made the official compiles (Kiran Panditrao) has posted a 32 bit compile on the FishCooking forum:
