I wonder if that is a slower abrock compile, or if it is a specially compiled faster one ?

It is a faster compile by Kiran Panditrao.

No, they are from Kiran. Although the Linux binaries are fast enough, they are probably going to be from Abrok.eu

Abrok's Linux binaries are fine.
We need only the windows 32 bit build from Kiran.

The guy who made the official compiles (Kiran Panditrao) has posted a 32 bit compile on the FishCooking forum:
