Phenom has POPCNT but can't use official Stockfish modern compile. Other engines can use advantage of POPCNT of Phenom.
So you either didn't use modern compile for Stockfish, or you didn't use official compile of Stockfish or you didn't use hardware you list on your website. If first was the case Stockfish was certainly in unfavourable position.

That is wrong, the Phenom II X6 runs the abrock modern popcnt compiles perfectly.
They changed the binary. The official Stockfish_8_64_popcnt.exe from 01.11.2016 16:29 coudn't run on Phenom but then the official Stockfish_8_64_popcnt.exe from the morning after (02.11.2016 08:51) can. They even changed compilers, first version was compiled with MinGW 5.4.0 and second with MinGW 6.2.0.
Yes the official popcnt release did not work on the AMD X6 as it should have done, they then fixed it and re-released. The official "stockfish_8_x64_popcnt" does run on AMD X6 now.
