Hi guys- testing chess960 implementation as we speak. It's looking ok, and running overnight using Ilari's new (fantastic) cutechess GUI...

I should be releasing it soon, but intend to wait until after Houdini arrives.

This fire is the true #4 engines, better than H4 and even Shredder 13.

Congrats for your engine, that is very good for chess. You re very close to the top 3 also.

The question I have:
It's possible to added the Contempt parameter?
10-20 Elo more will be the result!

The fight for the places is more interesting if you do that!

Sorry it has taken so long to answer you Frank..have been completely tied up the last few days.

Yes I'm considering including a simple 'contempt' parameter (increase/decrease 'draw' score) because many users seem to like it.

But personally, I'm not completely convinced of the effectiveness of 'contempt'. It can be a double-edged sword...helping in some instances but hurting in others.
For ex: might it be possible that Komodo didn't make the TCEC superfinal because of 'contempt' setting?
