Possible Test Position?

A big advantage of an human is that it can feel if is very probable that there is something in the position, and the lack of development of black helps to feel this. So opening another column and winnig some tempos with basic menaces drives to a possible main idea, that then is worked.

Literally a few minutes ago, he discussed a position that (I think) arose in a game that he played blindfold.

The winning move that he played is (apparently) f5 and he commented that even today's strong engines take a bit of time to find it.

My apologies if this position has been discussed here before. I just thought it would be interesting to post it.
