I can't find the name of Chess Genius on this WCCC list, but Fritz2 won Hong Kong 8th WCCC 1995 and beat Deep Blue prototype there. Unless of course if ChessGenius is using another name like in the case of The King (Chessmaster), where its name is different from the commercial program.
And I can't find a name of a human either

You were looking for a human's name in the World Computer Chess Championship?
Sounds like a strange thing to do.

There are two types of people on TC...
Type 1 is the passionate chess nerd with an interest in computers.
This is the group I belong to.
Type 2 are passionate computer nerds who like chess.
This is the group you appear to belong to.
Any serious chess player would much much prefer to play over a physical board than on a computer screen with 1980s graphics.
This is why as a 15 year old I relayed the moves from Chessmaster 3000 to my chessboard in training games.
And why in the traditional "man vs machine" matches, the moves were relayed to the board for the human player.
Chessplayers prefer chess boards, this is indisputable as Lyudmil has already confirmed (he is a 2160 ELO player, so can probably be referred to as a "chessplayer infected with the computer virus"
)
this 2160 rating is from more than 10 years ago.
then I used to score about 20% against Comet.
now, as said, I score over 90%, even though the hardware is a bit stronger.
seems like some difference, huh?

Quick! Send an emergency memo to GM Zhang Zhong, he hasn't heard yet!

Here's a serious game from just a few

I guess an experienced Chinese GM like him doesn't have Stockfish, huh?
he exchanged on d6, which is a major positional mistake.
as claimed, 5.f4 instead, wins the game for white:
[d]rnbqkb1r/ppp1pppp/1n1p4/4P3/2PP1P2/8/PP4PP/RNBQKBNR b KQkq f3 0 5
evaluation suggests white has winning advantage, but also I did extensively analyse this with SF some time ago, and got to huge plus scores for white in all lines.
