Pgn to epd strings with scores

I am looking for a tool that would take as input a pgn file and would output a file containing the correspondent epd strings until, say, move 15. epd strings should contain the alternative moves for each position, including their performance. Using scid to provide an example, after 1) e4, program should output the following info for all the alternative moves, but even also the score would suffice.
