Uri is a successful person, don't trust his advice.
Thanks for the link to the video on "successful people". The message agrees with my own sentiment.
However one should not confuse "successful people" with experts. Experts (as I would define them) are people with objectively quantifiable skills.
For example the message in the video does not apply to Uri. The difference is that one can be lucky (for a while at least) in predicting the stock market (or dice throws for that matter) but one cannot win chess games by pure luck.
Ideas=science. Simplification=engineering.
Without ideas there is nothing to simplify.
