The asmfish team does a great public service in keeping asmfish updated and for that I am grateful.
There is no glory claimed for just providing binaries not released elsewhere regards.

There seems to be a bug in latest asmFish:
It should contain the Contempt=20 patch (see ChangeLog:
https://github.com/lantonov/asmFish/wiki/Change-log), but the default contempt in the Windows-binary (
https://github.com/lantonov/asmFish/tre ... es/Windows) is still 0 ???

This was corrected in the latest release (2018-04-08). The default contempt is 12.

This new version is slower than the one from last July for some reason.

I noticed a reversal of strength (elo) with the last 2 stockfish patches. Perhaps that has transferred over to the latest asmfish.
