No.
What you probably mean has nothing to do with LC0, but with how castling
is done in CuteChess. Please read the manual or do a search in the forum.

No.

You are correct, the mechanics of castling in Cutechess is weird, but I figured it out. The king must be dragged to the rook, which of course is not the square the king ends up on. Strange!
