Gödel is able to use both protocols.
The last release 3.4.9 had bugs in the UCI Protocol.
Now I test with both protocols indistincly.
Use -uci or -xboard parameters to select the protocol.

In UCI mode there's an option "Threads" but you can't modify it.(default 1)
I this a bug or is it planned for the future to make the engine multi-threaded?

I also had to add ponder=false in the wb2uci file to stop it pondering.

This is not a bug, Godel search is single threaded. I'm working on the multithread version at this moment.
