LCZero CPU vs GPU (too lazy to read all the threads)

Post by Fulvio »

There is a speed comparison between the CPU and GPU versions?
For example between a i7-8700K and a GTX-1080?
Is it correct that the only difference when playing is between using forward_cpu() or opencl.forward()?
https://github.com/glinscott/leela-ches ... .cpp#L1090

I'm sorry if this question has already been asked (I cannot find it using the "search box" and there are too many threads to read them all).
Thanks,
Fulvio

When you run the engine it will tell you. Current official network is 192x15.
