Another Leela Project!

Hi Guys,

Just FYI, there is parallel test project of Leela , again starting from the scratch!!

New Leela reached 2400 self play elo within 2 days (500,000 games)

Watch out the progress of new Leela.

It should be added that this test is really to make sure LC0 can be used to train games for the main NN. If there are issues, they will hopefully show up here so as not to hurt the project.

Are you just summing up the elo on http://testserver.lczero.org/matches ???

That would be an INSANE way to compute elo

With a few less games, regular leela surpassed the 3,000 points barrier, by network id15.

And what's the point? In the same system of learning, it is overwhelmed again.

There are multiple reasons,
1. There were multiple bugs in initial part of Lczero project
2. Currently, Leela is currently slow in progress, no one dont know whether it was due to infested bugs
3. There is some logic that "bug free program are always much stronger"
4. There is no way to revoke the whole project if there were in fact infected with bugs
5. It is also part of testing of Lc0(CUDNN version)
