Is the ELO of the new Leela inflated in the same way/range?

crem : The plan for the main server:
● After testing on testserver is completed, we'll reset the main server and start from scratch. Tests shown very good learning capability of new training proccess. (new id25 is ~2900 Elo after 3 days, in old run the same strength was only reached around id320)
● Meanwhile main server is basically used as a second server for tests and experiments.

The 64 layer network looked promising, but I suppose the 128 one didn't yield as much as hoped.
