Arasan 21.0 beta

I am making available a beta version of code that I expect to release soon as Arasan 21.0:

There are two major changes in this version:

1. LazySMP implementation. This was not stable in the last TCEC version but I have put in a lot of fixes since then.
2. New book selection logic, as detailed here: https://arasanchess.org/blog.shtml.

I expect multithreaded playing strength to be quite a bit better than 20.5, but single-threaded there are only modest improvements.

Feedback welcome. I have done quite a bit of testing on this but these are fairly big changes and there is always the chance that there are lingering bugs.

Is there any android version of Arasan?

I don't currently build or support it on Android. But the code is designed to be portable and other people have built it for an Android target. Supporting an Android build is on my to-do list.
