I needed some convincing but finally I've implemented lazy SMP! :)

That's a good one because I didn't test this as thoroughly, but I hope/think 40-50 elo for every doubling of threads.

Congratulations,

Finally you implemented multi threading for chess22K!. In order to try to get not to much behind you the next CSVN tournament, I will have to start with the development of an evaluation function now....

When can we expect the release of your engine?

The last thing I wanted to do is to play with Texel tuning for "all" my evaluation parameters. Unfortunately I had problems with the watercooler so I could not test any results. Today I changed the cooler to an air cooled one, so finally I can start testing with the Texel tuned parameters.. Depending on the results, maybe next week.

I just noticed that 1.10 has a score of 3000 elo on the CCRL 40/4 list (single-threaded)! Wow! :D
Since about half a year this was my goal. 1.9 was kind of dissapointing and making it better was getting tougher and tougher. That was one of the reasons to make it multi-threaded, I had to get to 3000!
Apparently the minor changes I’ve implemented, also for multi-threading compatibility, made it quite stronger. I’m a happy man! :D

I will be reluctant to use your engine in the future. What would happen to your happiness if it sank to 2999...
I have taken a picture as proof ;)

This just happened at the Junior League: https://clips.twitch.tv/WiseVivaciousPistachioDatBoi

It's still chess22k 1.9, but you may want to take a look... it was a HUGE blunder. The game was completely won by chess22k, and that move threw it out of the window.
