It's the version for the new arm64, not Intel...just in case ;-).

Ciao

Would it be possible to make one for those of us still using the Intel processors?

No: the handicap mode is based on classical evaluation.

Hi
So presumably this is true for all the stockfish engines and their derivatives using NNUE.
If so what is the best way to play a handicapped game against these types of engines while maintaining NNUE use/evaluation?

It seems that the Nodestime parameter can be used with NNUE evaluation and hence can be used to weaken the engine?

Thanks

I depends on what you means by handicap mode.
I don't like Stockfish and similars one: simply random errors more and more frequent based on the elo.
Imho, a true and useful handicap mode must simulate a thinking system both in search and in eval, as I did
in ShashChess, based on a GM and others strong OTB players suggestions.
The goal is to give the most working move to the practical otb chess player and not always this is the absolutely best one.
You can see ShashChess readme file for more information.

MCTS Single thread is MCTS only for one thread (the main one).
MCTS Multi is MCTS for all thread but the main and the others two are two parameters, typical of MCTS, you can experiment with.

Ok, thanks, but maybe some more hints about the meaning of the values?
Does Concurrent Experience refer to MCTS too?
And one more question, please:
Old way of merging different experience.bin -files didn't work with x86-64-sse41-popcnt compiles for me since version 16 (renaming to experience01.bin, experience02.bin... and then starting binary, stored in same folder as these renamed files are, in console).
Is there a new way to merge two or more experience- files?
Peter.
