Scaling of Leela Chess Zero

I should like to know anybody has data about how scaling LC0 on NN 15x192 and on NN 20X256 in the sense of threads numbers (with equivalent graphics card and CPU frequency) and in the sense of the power of graphics card (with equivalent CPU and CPU frequency) - naturally using the same 15x192 and 20x256 Nets respectively.
