LC0 cuda speed question

In the starting postion what kind of speed should I be getting with a nivida 770 with LC0 Cuda with network 588?
I'm getting about 23k total nodes in 11 seconds is that normal with my video card?

Getting about 1.06 lczero stockfish ratio

With net size of 256 I got 3600k nps with a 1060 GTI

My old 770 OC'ed a bit gave around 2750nps on recent 15x192 nets and around 1450nps on recent 20x256 nets, default settings run to 300k nodes.

Well I'm only getting a 3,044 ccrl Elo Performance vs stockfish 5 1cpu at 3 2 time control is that normal?

It is especially if you are running 15x192 (main server) nets. They are probably around 100 Elo if not more weaker than the most recent 20x256 (test server) nets.

I downloaded network 588 from
http://lczero.org/networks I thought that was the best place for networks

I thought that was the old test server and those are weaker.
