If you look at how different versions of Xiphos have climbed this ratings list -
http://fastgm.de/60-0.60.html then it's fair to say that version 0.4 will do very well. It should be closing in on Laser 1.6 and Booot 6.3.1 very fast. It may even over take them.

If you just want the newest version, no matter if dev, 0.4.17 was released yesterday.
