converting diagrams to fen

I found the following link about converting diagrams to fen

when I click the word program the link does not work(it worked yesterday) and I wonder what is the problem.

Earlier the link worked but I did not try to see if it can help in converting diagrams to fen and today I thought to try and the link did not work.
