Tool to sort pgn files using several tags

Is there a tool to sort a pgn file using more than one tag?

For example, sort the file using the order
Date (ascending/descending), White player (a/d), Black player (a/d), Event (a/d) etc or other combinations of this type? The number and order of the sort tags would be specified by the user.

Import the pgn file into a new Scid database.
Use the Scid Sort Database tool.
Then export the result back to a new pgn file.
