Meaning it's not playing against SF etc., which is great when someone wants to make wild comparisons and claim +90 elo.

Error bar is +/- 154 Elo.
But it does appear to be playing very well.

I do not have a problem with someone getting excited over something new.
I do that myself all the time.

But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

I want to see the games where Leela is ahead of Stockfish… Stockfish is not playing in the current division where Leela is playing. :) :)

Well, you dont need to play head to head for elo comparision. Theoretically, it is possible that someone may have higher than M. Carlsen's elo without facing him 1v1.

Arasan had a win against Leela:

Looks like 35.. Rcd8 was a blunder. Black should have played Rf8:

Thanks for the attached Ranking Table and for the TCEC heads up. There are interesting games and weird win by engines.
As an example, notice the win of Lc0(as black) versus Hannibal, where Hannibal (as white) had already a drawing line via perpetual at move 7 already!

[pgn] [Event "TCEC Season 14 D3 round 09"] [Site "?"] [Date "2018"] [Round "9"] [White "Hannibal 20181202"] [Black " LCZero v19-TP-11248"] [Result "0-1"] [PlyCount "90"] [WhiteType "AB Engine"] [BlackType "MCTS-NN"] 1. e4 e5 2. Nc3 d6 3. Bc4 Be7 4. d4 exd4 5. Qh5 dxc3 6. Qxf7+ Kd7 7. Be6+ Kc6 8. Nf3 Bxe6 9. Qxe6 Bf6 10. Rb1 Qe7 11. Qd5+ Kd7 12. Qxb7 Nc6 13. Qxa8 Qxe4+ 14. Be3 g5 15. O-O Nge7 16. Qb7 Rb8 17. Qa6 cxb2 18. Bxg5 Bxg5 19. Nxg5 Qxc2 20. Qa3 Nd4 21. Kh1 Nd5 22. Nxh7 Nc3 23. Qxa7 Nxb1 24. Qxb8 Qc1 25. Rg1 Nc3 26. Nf8+ Kc6 27. Qa8+ Kb5 28. Qb7+ Ka4 29. Qa7+ Kb5 30. Qb7+ Kc4 31. Qxc7+ Kd3 32. Qh7+ Ne4 33. Qh3+ Kc2 34. Qc8+ Nc5 35. g3 b1=Q 36. Rxc1+ Qxc1+ 37. Kg2 Qg5 38. Qa8 Qf5 39. f3 d5 40. f4 Kd1 41. Qa3 Nd3 42. Qa4+ Nc2 43. h4 Qg4 44. Ng6 Qe2+ 45. Kh3 Qf3 0-1 [/pgn]

This, i think, is the reason why Lc0 cannot have a very strong rating because even an 1100 rated human player could draw with this openning even at move 7 as shown by Lc0 game above. This means any amateurish weak engine can also escape with a draw against Lc0. Forced draw is of course 7.Qd6+ with a perpetual check by Hannibal resulting to a draw. But it seems Lc0 is also partly a psychic ; ) predicting correctly that Hannibal won't settle for a cheap perpetual check and escape with draw.

Study this game and make your own conclusion.
