...My question is why LCZero is playing the superfinal, if Komodo was second in Premier Division? It should be Stockfish vs Komodo
Because the games against Komodo MCTS were cancelled at the end (according to TCEC rules, since MCTS crashed 3 times), and Lc0 benefited from that.
Thank you!

Yes, that was a very nice game. Pushed a pawn very deep in enemy territory and it was like throwing a monkey wrench into an engine. SF finally did manage to get rid of the pawn but at a cost of a totally losing endgame. What was interesting was that BF (177 core SF) and Komodo on 128 cores ... never saw Lc0 winning plan till way after it was done.

In the reverse color game SF held a very good edge, and looked like Lc0 would get suffocated as it simply could not find the one tempo it needed to develop its Knight. But then a5! came and that developed the rook indirectly and gave very good counter play. Then Lc0 gave up a pawn and managed to push the game into a drawn endgame. A really high quality fighting game from both sides.

Here are both games

It looks like LZero has an Elo of about 3400. Stockfish has an Elo of about 3400 without a book. If you give Stockfish a very strong book it has an Elo of about 3530. Stephen Pohl has shown that. LZERO needs to gain 130 Elo points to draw even. If it gains more than that and keeps going it will be the strongest chess engine. As J. Paul Getty said, this is "As I See It".

Although I have participated in the Leela project, I’m agnostic as to which one is “better.” Your comment does strike me, however, as moving the goalposts.
Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

Totally non sense!!
Does +130 elo come from SF vs Leela or SF vs SF? If you give SF with brainfish book and Leela without book, they will still draw 95% in VLTC cos Leela without book will choose extremely safe lines, drawish lines.
Dont believe me? Check in cccc where Leela without book drew 39 out of 40 games.(97.5% draw rate).

I don't care at all about Leela without a book. It doesn't need a book. The cccc doesn't allow SF to use a strong book. What is LCZ afraid of? Man up and play SF with brainfish already.

I am quite sure Leela isn't afraid of anything.
