CUDA benchmark and Elo of Leela

We can find CUDA benchmarks on
https://browser.geekbench.com/cuda-benchmarks.
Based on these data the RTX 2080 Ti is about four times faster than a GTX 1060.
In the case of an AB type engine we change the CPU in a PC for a four times faster CPU we get
about 150 Elo plus.
How much plus Elo we can get if we use RTX 2080 Ti instead of GTX 1060?
I should like to know the experienced Elo growth and not the estimated one.

There are some scaling test results here, from last August.

Those are the best available, but almost useless now since they were before we had the a0 puct scaling formula. So it didn't scale well at all without that. Also T30 and T40 seem to scale differently than the T10 series in shorter benchmark results. See viewtopic.php?f=2&t=69832 for what is maybe the only current/useful analysis.

Thanks.
Are you any connection to Leelenstein?
