Questions about graphics cards for Leela

On Phoronix they have some Leela tests:

The second link doesn't say but I don't think the 20x0 cards were not run with fp16, which makes a huge 3x or so difference in nps (which the first link shows)

Would AMD Radeon VII graphics card be a good option for Leela Chess Zero? And for future versions of Leela Chess Zero and other neural network chess engines?

So far we have not seen any Open CL driver god enough for Radeon and Leela.

Just another thank you to those who kindly gave me advice. I ended up buying two (!) Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 Ti graphics cards. Not cheap, but worth it, I hope.

Oh: Does anyone know of an up-to-date Youtube video or article somewhere that provides clear instructions for a relative novice like me for installing Leela? Perhaps it is easy for someone software-savvvy, but I am not that person.
