And even when I test with many setups to see how this affect performance. Ponder on, Ponder off....

My crime I guess is I dare tested ponder on. When Hugo the Great with his vast experience, and equipment has decreed their shall be no testing of this kind. And if you don't do as I say... I will troll you on every thread.

The term "best" depends on what you are doing with the GPU. And if price is not a consideration. And performance is all you care about
The top of the line NVIDIA cards are the best performers on most test. In terms of chess NN like Lc0. NVIDIA RTX cards seem to be the best.
