Drawkiller openings updated to V2.2

Drawkiller was updated to V2.2.
New: I added a big file (15962 positions/opening-lines) to the balanced-folder. In all endpositions, the Komodo eval is in an interval of [-0.19;+0.19]. And I built 3 opening-books (Fritz, Shredder, Arena) out of that big-balanced-file.
