Incorrect promotion move format, use lowercase for promotion piece.

Hi Ferdy.
Which GUI do you use? I never saw a GUI / tournamant manager complaining about upper case promotion.
Anyway. Should be fixed soon.

I have an api that uses python-chess module. This module does not like about the uppercase promote piece, and I believe the module is correct as per uci protocol recommendation.
