Not sure Nf6+ is even "best". Cfish-dev seems to prefer g3:

I got the continuation as 20.Nxf7 Kxf7 21.Bb3+ Bd5 22.Bxf6 Bxb3 23.Qxb3+ Kxf6 24.Qf3+ Ke6 25.Qf5+ Ke7 26.e5 Qd5 27.Ne4 Qe6 28.Qf3 a2...but cant say for sure the tactical engine is positive white is winning.
