All the news stories report that a phone was found in a toilet that had just been used by him. It is not clear to me how that relates to the picture of what seems to be him sitting on a toilet with the lid down and holding a mobile phone.

Did he pose for a picture after having been caught?

Or did someone simply find a picture on the internet that sort of fit the story?

I thought the same thing - something doesn't add up ( story and picture).
