As to Scorpio NN, TensorRT is not available for mac so i guess that is not going to happen any time soon.
However, tensorflow is available for mac so that could work to run it both on cpu and gpu -- although the gpu
could be 2-3x slower. Scorpio is ofcourse available on mac if it is not using NN.

Installing tensor flow on macOS is not for the faint of heart, but possible.
